Church Plant Opportunity
Why would anyone in their right mind want to start a new church from scratch in NYC on Staten Island where only .5% is considered evangelical Christian? When the idea of launching a brand new church on Staten Island started to invade his thoughts, Todd Seeley originally pushed it aside as absolute craziness. "Without a mother church, any money or any people other than my wife, DuAnne and two young children, the idea seemed to make no sense but I couldn’t shake it. I began to share the idea with my most trusted friends and over time it became clear that this was indeed a calling by God on this season of our lives."
Todd had dreamed many times of planting a new church while under the ministry of Dr. John Maxwell at Skyline church in San Diego. After leaving Skyline and serving for 5 years with The Navigators Church Discipleship Ministry Todd and DuAnne are now living out their dream of planting a church that helps people find their way back to God as they become passionate followers of Christ who change the world.
CrossBridge Community Church will hold it's very first public celebration service on Sunday, September 7th. Todd and DuAnne are looking for people/laborers who will support this venture in financial support, prayer, staff, interns and mission teams from your church.
