“One that the world may believe” is a common paraphrase in the ONE Church community. The source of this saying, found in John 17:21, speaks to the ONE Church community as a promise and call to unity amongst all sorts of denominations. Race, socioeconomic status, background and upbringing, are all spaces of difference that come together so that the world may believe in and on Jesus Christ and the gospel. The worship team at ONE Church mixes genres and language as an expression that manifests that belief, by blending hymns, coritos, gospel, top CCLI records, and even modern circle-worship styles in Spanish and English to make space for everyone to participate in worship through music. The best part is… we’re just getting started!
