Wesleyan Dinner
Join us Friday evening for a Wesleyan Dinner. Share fellowship with Dr. Wayne Schmidt, Kim Gladden Director of Discipleship, and Wes Dupin Pastor of Daybreak Church as we converse with our Wesleyan tribe about evangelism. Dinner is complimentary for those who are registered.

Kevin Harney
Lead Pastor
Rev. Dr. Kevin G. Harney (B.A., Azusa Pacific University; M.Div., Fuller Theological Seminary; Doctorate of Ministry, Western Theological Seminary) is the Lead Pastor of Shoreline Community Church in Monterey, CA. Kevin is also the Founder and the Visionary Leader of Organic Outreach International.
He is the author of many books including: the Organic Outreach trilogy of books, Reckless Faith, Empowered by His Presence, and other books and curriculum. He and his wife Sherry have written over seventy small group study guides (in partnership with Bill Hybels, John Ortberg, Dallas Willard, Randy Frazee, Gary Thomas, Mark Batterson, Max Lucado, and others).
Kevin does speaking and training (both nationally and internationally) in the areas of outreach and leadership. He is also the founder and leader of the Organic Outreach Conference.
Walt Bennett
Executive Pastor
Walt Bennett (B.S. – Math, Engineering, Physics and Psychology, Regents College; M.A. -Teaching, Seattle Pacific University) is the Executive Pastor for Organic Outreach International. He also serves as a pastor at Shoreline Community Church.
Walt has held significant leadership and teaching roles in the US Navy, Public Schools and the Corporate World. He has designed and led training in subjects from Nuclear Engineering and Risk Management to Leadership and Coaching. He finds this realm of teaching culture change within the church to be both the most challenging and satisfying work he has ever engaged in.
Walt trains and coaches leaders throughout the world on how to infuse the DNA of their ministries and congregations with a passion for natural evangelism.
Sherry Harney
Leadership Development Director
Sherry Harney (B.A. – Education, Calvin College; M.A. – Theology; Fuller Theological Seminary) is the Leadership Development Director at Shorline Community Church in Monterey, CA. Sherry is the Co-Founder of Organic Outreach International.
She is an international speaker, author, editor and has served the local church in the areas of staff leadership, women’s ministry and children’s ministry for over three decades.
Sherry has written or co-written several small group study guides with an assortment of pastors and authors. She also co-authored Finding a Church You Can Love and Organic Outreach for Families with Kevin. Her new book Praying With Eyes Wide Open was recently released by Baker Books.
This is a deep dive into Organic Outreach for Churches with workshop time built into the schedule. Participants will leave with an action plan for launching a journey of transformation of their church or denomination. This whole event will equip one or two leaders from your organization to take your congregation/movement through the Organic Outreach process. This learning will lead to a certification of your leader(s) as Organic Outreach trained.
Registration includes three full years of resources for you to use with your church or ministry leadership team. We believe this training will be a great opportunity for you to develop a customized outreach plan for your church or ministry and also develop your leaders in fresh new ways.

The cost for this training is $299 per person. It is ideal to have two leaders come from your church or movement: the Lead Pastor and the person who will be leading outreach for the coming three years (Outreach Influence Team Leader).
