Debbie Schweitzer, our Customer Engagement Specialist, has been with Wesleyan Publishing House (WPH) for five months! Debbie works to help customers navigate the ordering process and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have. Her favorite part about her job is helping customers from all over the world, either over the phone or via email. She estimates she talks to 75 – 110 customers a week!
Debbie works with Machelle Young, our Customer Service Coordinator, but this isn’t the first time they’ve worked on a team! She and Machelle worked together in the early 2000’s, where they became close friends.
Debbie’s favorite WPH resource is Light from the Word, because it’s an inspiring resource that she can continuously refer to.
With the holidays coming up, she looks forward to spending Christmas Eve at her parent’s house, when her large family comes together to celebrate. There’s usually 40 – 50 people there!
As we head into 2020, Debbie is excited to learn more about her WPH family and is committed to providing support and encouragement to all customers.
