Dr. Alberto Patacsil is the Wesleyan General Superintendent of the Philippines. Dr. Patacsil is a “hands on” leader who leads by example. He is gone from his own home for weeks at a time as he gives overall leadership to ministry in the islands of the typhoon devastated region.
