District superintendents Babby and Emery retire after years of faithful service
Two respected district superintendents with The Wesleyan Church have retired after years of faithful service to the Church.

Dr. Philip T. Stevenson has been elected as district superintendent of the Pacific Southwest District of The Wesleyan Church, succeeding Dr. Stephen Babby, who served 39 years in the role.
