The North Carolina East District family is heartbroken to share the news of the unexpected death of Pastor Wayne Johnson, by apparent heart attack. He was pastor of Eden Trinity Wesleyan Church and district office administrator.
The heaven that Pastor Wayne has preached about and pointed his flock to across these many years became a reality for him Monday. While we are grief-stricken, we understand that nothing is allowed to happen that does not first pass through the hands of the heavenly Father.
Please pray for his dear wife Sylvia and their children and his church family. Their loss is immense. We will keep you informed as we receive funeral arrangements.
