Act Now-Nepal! team helping Nepalis find shelter ahead of monsoon season
A small team of volunteers partnering with World Hope International recently did its best to deliver tents into remote villages of Nepal so residents have shelter in time for the upcoming monsoon season. John Lyon, CEO of World Hope International, was interviewed by World magazine about the team’s experience.
SWU offers full scholarships to children of Charleston shooting victim
Southern Wesleyan University has offered full tuition scholarships to DePayne Middleton-Doctor’s four children. Middleton-Doctor was a university employee who was among the nine killed in the Emanuel AME Church shooting June 17 in Charleston, S.C.
